RETURNS POLICY
This is the returns policy of Buzz Products Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”) for products purchased on this site.
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind purchases.
If you believe that the product that you have purchased from us is faulty, please contact us enquiries@buzzproducts.com within 7 days of receipt of the product with a detailed description of the product fault, and a photo if possible (along with proof of purchase). We may also require that you return the product to us for our inspection.
If we agree (acting reasonably) that the product was faulty at the time of delivery due to our acts or omissions we will refund to you the purchase price and shipping costs. We reserve the right to decline a refund where we believe that any product fault is caused by misuse or neglect.
We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at enquiries@buzzproducts.com.
