Shipping Policy
Shipping Rates & Delivery
We are pleased to offer flat rate shipping for all orders within mainland USA and Canada. For a flat fee of $15, your order will be shipped to any address within the designated shipping area, regardless of order size or weight.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery times are estimated between 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any external factors such as weather or carrier delays.
Shipping Area
We currently offer flat rate shipping within mainland USA and Canada. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. Please check back as we continue to expand our delivery areas.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order directly on the carrier’s website to stay updated on its delivery status.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We take great care to ensure that your order arrives safely. However, if your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team at store@buzzproducts.com within 7 days of receipt. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a replacement or refund.
