Once we have created your online account, you’ll receive an activation email from Buzz.

1. Open the email and click “Activate your account.”
   
2. Create and confirm your password.

After this, you’ll receive a confirmation email confirming your account is ready.

Tip: Keep your login details (email + password) somewhere secure, and bookmark the login page for quick access.

Once your account is activated and you’re logged in, you’ll see your personalised order form in your account dashboard.

1. Browse your product range and select quantities as needed.
2. Click “Add to cart” for each item.
3. When finished, open your cart using the icon in the top-right corner.

Tip: If an item is out of stock, click the product title to open its page. Select “Notify me when available” and enter your email - you’ll get an alert as soon as it’s back online.

Before checking out, you’ll have the chance to review and edit your cart:

1. Review all items, carton quantities and pricing.
2. Add a PO number (optional).
3. Add any order notes (optional).

When everything looks good, click “Checkout” to proceed.

At checkout, you’ll be able to:

1. Confirm your shipping address
2. Select your payment method (credit card or PayPal)
3. Add a billing address (or choose “Same as shipping”)

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with a link to download your invoice.

When your order ships, you’ll also get a shipping confirmation email with live tracking details.
